We had a full reclad here with all new double glazed joinery and a full strip out inside due to rot and borer contamination. Final product came up great for the tenants to move back into this property.

The sarking on the walls and ceilings to be removed to allow for new linings and alterations to existing framing, the floor itself was completely rotten throughout and needs a full replacement including installation of new piles, bearers and joists to bring this home up to code.
